Price:
Pricing on the products are subect to change without prior notice. As the invoice is done seperately to the online orders we will be in contact with you, the customer should there be any changes in the pricing advertised. We will always try and accommodate any of these types of changes and assist our customers should the change be minimal but major product availability issues or pricing that are out of our control will result in the product being adjusted or removed accordingly.

Refunds: We are able to offer you a refund or exchange if the item is faulty but we do not cover the shipment cost to get the product back to us if it is a mischosen product. Please ensure that you choose the correct product for your application. If you would like to return the product because you changed your mind, the return postage is at your own expense. The product must be in the original box with the original packaging unopened and sealed. We will check all returns before the refund or exchange is issued.   A 30% handling charge will be issued for goods not being returned with their ‘original’ packaging, cables, brackets or any other components that were originally supplied with the product.  This also applies for defective goods older than 30 days.   Mischosen products will also incur a 15% handling fee. If you are unsure about your chosen product please feel free to contact us on 021 511 4615 and we will guide you through your purchase.

Pictures on web site: The pictures displayed on the web site are for illustration purposes only. Although we do our best to post accurate pictures of the products, products may be a bit different from the picture. And NO, if there is a vehicle in the picture demonstrating an air suspension kit, the vehicle is NOT included in the price.

Availability:

Fitting is your responsibility:
We only supply the goods to you. Installation is for your own account and your own risk.
We do not and cannot accept any responsibility for any problems that occur during installation. All kits are supplied with fitting instructions that have been applied to many vehicles and are trusted instructions.

Special Offers:
Special offers are only for online orders. Phone in and email orders do not qualify for special discount.

Special orders:
We can place special orders on request and require a 50% deposit for special orders.  

Please keep it for me? Sorry, we cannot keep anything for you. While we keep something for you, somebody else could have bought it.
If you want something you should buy it. If you want to keep something so that it can be shipped with more products later, buy it and just add in the comment section that we must keep it for you for later. We work on a strict first come first serve basis. Contact Response: We try to answer all queries within 12 hours during business hours, but sometimes the load becomes too much and the time might increase to 24 to 48 hours. If you haven’t heard from us within 48 hours you know we did not receive your query. Warranties Warranty claims will only be processed if the products are accompanied by an original invoice. We need to see that you bought the item from us and need to see when you bought it. Air Springs / Air Helpers will be tested and checked prior to warranty claims being processed so the product needs to be sent back to us before consideration for warranty.
 

Shipping.

Any purchases over R2000 will qualify for free shipping within South Africa. Should you wish to ship the product to Namibia, Botswana and any other outlying country the shipping cost would then need to be adjusted and we will advise you on the cost involved.

Most of the products listed on this web site are stocked. Dimensions and weight of the product will be supplied and we will endeavor to assist you with the information required.

Normal Courier cut of time is 14h00 and please note that the free shipping service is 36 to 72hrs (working days)

Orders received on a Friday after 3pm will be processed the following Monday (that is if Monday is not a public holiday)

We do our best to get your order processed as quickly as possible.

Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered the option to wait a few more days or a full refund.


We do offer collection services as well as online/delivery services.

What if I am not home?
If you are not home when they want to deliver your parcel, they will call you and arrange a time with you.

Do you ship internationally?No, not as of yet.

PLEASE NOTE: The courier company can ONLY deliver to a valid street address.

If you do not have a valid street address ask a friend or relative if you can have your parcel delivered there.
