Description The Iron & Manganese Water Filter Cartridge is designed to effectively reduce dissolved iron and manganese from borehole, well, and municipal water supplies. By removing these metals, the cartridge helps prevent rust staining on fittings, blockages in irrigation systems, and metallic taste or odour in water. Manufactured using high-performance filtration media, this cartridge oxidises and traps iron and manganese particles as water passes through, delivering clearer, cleaner water. It is suitable for use in standard filter housings and is ideal for residential, agricultural, and light commercial applications. Using an iron and manganese filter cartridge extends the lifespan of downstream equipment such as pumps, valves, drip irrigation systems, and household appliances. For best performance and longer service life, installation with a sediment pre-filter is recommended.
