Return Policy — 14 days
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Exclusions: perishable and sanitary items (e.g., opened skincare that cannot be resold) are not returnable.
How to return:

- We will email a returns address and instructions within 2 business days.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item and inspecting it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
